Gary Wells is Chief Operating Officer at Rumsey Construction. He leads the company with his experience and guidance with his project management, estimating, and scheduling abilities. Gary is instrumental in managing the company’s resources and goals.

Gary has more than 30 years of experience in excavation, utilities, and concrete work. He is a true problem solver and preconstruction specialist and continually stays on top of city requirements and manufacturer’s specifications.

Joe Geer is the Chief Financial Officer for Rumsey Construction. He has been in construction and the real estate market for over 40 years. Joe is responsible for corporate strategy, financial guidance and business development. Joe’s previous development experience helps create new customer relationships for Rumsey Construction.

Corey Caughron is Vice President at Rumsey Construction. With more than 25 years of combined experience in civil design and underground utility construction, Corey’s experience in civil design allows him to have a different perspective on projects. This allows him to recognize cost savings and increased cost avoidance during the bidding and construction process. Corey has completed projects ranging from 60K to 20M in public and private utility construction throughout Texas.

Jason Roberts serves as the Vice President of Earthwork at Rumsey Construction. With over 30 years of experience in Heavy Highway and Civil Construction, Jason is a results-driven professional. His extensive expertise spans field operations, including earthwork, concrete, asphalt, and underground utilities. Additionally, Jason is skilled in estimating, preconstruction, project management, scheduling, and project delivery.

Matt Bosch is the Vice President of Finance at Rumsey Construction. He has over 30 years of Finance and Accounting leadership experience in in a variety of industries and companies including 7 years in Construction, Real Estate Development and Real Estate Services. Matt holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington, an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and has held a CPA license.

David Ragsdale serves as the Controller at Rumsey Construction, where he oversees all accounting functions. With almost 20 years of experience in Accounting, David has worked extensively in both the manufacturing and construction industries. He has earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master’s of Accountancy, both from the University of North Florida.

Before his tenure at Rumsey Construction, David proudly served in the United States Navy for six years. During his service, he was awarded two Navy Achievement Medals and played an active role in Operation Enduring Freedom.

Nancy West serves as Office Administrator and Executive Assistant for Rumsey Construction. Nancy has more than 30 years of professional experience in administration with an emphasis on financial management and operations.

Sarah Perez has been in the construction industry for 15 years and offers a diversified administrative background. She handles project administration as well as accounts receivable. Sarah has a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and ability to get the job done.
